Lake Forest Quality Caregivers was a huge blessing to our family. Our father had COPD and Parkinson’s and we were set up with Ross Causapin to care for our dad, Gerald Kaiser. Ross took care of all our dad’s needs and treated dad like he was a special person, helping dad to feel valued.
I would visit from Colorado once a month the first year that Ross was with dad and he would always insist that Ross be there for his regular shift. That is how much my dad depended on Ross. Being able to watch their connection warmed my heart and helped me feel at ease that dad had the best care ever.
If ever we needed extra help, Lake Forest Quality Caregivers always made sure our dad had what he needed. From the bottom of our hearts, you all are the best and we are so thankful!!!
Alicia treated my mother for many years respectfully and so dedicatedly, that we could not have asked for anything more; she dressed, showered, cleaned up, fed, and did so much more for my mother, ensuring that she got outside for sunshine, conversing with her on many topics, and caring for her every needs, We are so grateful to have had her help and the help of the other caregivers at Lake Forest Quality Caregivers. My mom moved into Heritage Pointe about 6 years ago after living with my Dad in Casa del Sol in Mission Viejo. I knew my Mom would need a part time helper if not just for transition after she had lost my Dad at the age of 93 after 66 years of marriage. A few years later as my Mom would become a little more fragile and her legs became weaker , the family decided to enlist full time help from Lake Forest who we had been using for the part time help/companionship for a few years..Needless to say the helpers from Lake Forest were excellent, caring, and loving to my Mom. So when my Mom began to have the early stages of dementia about 3 years ago, the Heriitage Pointe asked if we wanted to put her in the Memory Care unit. This would have saved us quite a lot of money over having a full time 24 hour 7 days a week helper , however the decision wasy easy for us. We wanted the BEST care we could give her and the helpers from Lake Forest had become a part of our “family”. It was the best decision that we made and I feel that we extended my Mom’s years and gave her the best quality of life because of the help she received from Lake Forest Quality Caregivers. My Mom passed away a week ago at the age of 96 and I want to thank Lake Forest for their service! I highly recommend them !
